The Diversity Committee's mission is to assist IATSE Local 44, a wide-ranging group of talented entertainment industry crafts persons, in its efforts to build a more inclusive and just workplace. We will work to define solutions and make recommendations to our Executive Board to remove barriers and foster equal opportunities within our Union.
